Refund policy

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At Consent in Practice, our services are delivered as scheduled training sessions, workshops, and educational consultations. As such, our cancellation and refund terms differ from those of physical goods.


Bookings & Payments

All services must be booked in advance and are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written agreement.

For organisational bookings, a formal agreement or invoice confirmation may be required prior to delivery.


Cancellations

For Organisations (Workplace Training & Consulting)

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the session may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

For Individuals (Workshops & 1:1 Sessions)

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may change.

  • Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible with reasonable notice.
  • For organisations, sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance.
  • For individuals, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.


Service Delivery

All services are delivered either virtually or in person, as agreed at the time of booking.

Sessions may include discussion-based elements and participation is voluntary.

Content may address sensitive subject matter. Clear content guidance is provided in advance.


Aftercare & Support

We recognise that some topics may be challenging.

All participants are provided with appropriate post-session guidance and signposting to support resources where relevant.


Refunds

Where a refund is applicable:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

We do not provide:

  • Legal advice
  • Clinical or therapeutic services
  • Investigative or adjudicative support

Our role is to educate, not to diagnose or intervene.
